چکیده
Abstract Bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum is an important disease in ginger which can cause yield losses of more than 90%. One way to control the biological using microorganism, Bacillus. Bacillus spp. recognized have ability pests and diverse phytopathogens through induction systemic resistance plants. This study aimed obtain that prevent bacterial . was carried out at Microbiology Laboratory Greenhouse, Faculty Agriculture, Universitas Andalas, from July October 2022. The experiment introduced 5 ( cereus Se07, P14, sp. SJI, HI, subtilis) control, inoculated with one month old. parameters will be observed were incubation period, incidence, severity. results show treatment B. P14 best suppress severity 37.03% effectiveness 47.38%.

Testing of Bacterial Endophytes from Non-Host Sources as Potential Antagonistic Agents against Tomato Wilt Pathogen Ralstonia solanacearum
The study was taken up with the objective of testing whether the endophytic organisms isolated from crops that are normally non-hosts to the bacterial wilt pathogen Ralstonia solanacearum possessed pathogen-antagonistic activity and to evaluate the selected isolates for the alleviation of wilt disease in the target tomato crop through horizontal movement of promising organisms. Sixteen endophyt...
متن کاملControl Efficacy of an Endophytic Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Strain BZ6-1 against Peanut Bacterial Wilt, Ralstonia solanacearum
We aimed to isolate and identify endophytic bacteria that might have efficacy against peanut bacterial wilt (BW) caused by Ralstonia solanacearum. Thirty-seven endophytic strains were isolated from healthy peanut plants in R. solanacearum-infested fields and eight showed antagonistic effects against R. solanacearum. Strain BZ6-1 with the highest antimicrobial activity was identified as Bacillus...

The bacterium Ralstonia solanacearum is a widely accepted model organism for the study of pathogenicity in plants [1]. This soil-borne bacterium, which belongs to the betaproteobacteria, is responsible for bacterial wilt on more than 200 plant species from 50 botanical families, including important crops such as potato, tomato, eggplant, pepper, tobacco and banana. In fact, bacterial wilt is co...
